Exhaust air louver are mainly used in the ventilation system of a building. The fixed blades of a louver are arranged in such a way that is allows the flow of air meanwhile preventing the ingress of water at nominal velocities. Customers get to choose between profile frame which is commonly found or box type frame.
It is also supplied with an option of a damper fixed behind. The damper can be manually operated or motorized. Please refer to the catalogue for different options for the frame if the louvers are to be supplied with damper.
Description:

Composed of frame and horizontal blade assembly made of high quality extruded aluminium profile with the advantages of durability and corrosion resistance.
Exhaust air louver Designed to have sturdy construction. Blades are fixed to the main frame using screws and riveted to the mullions for bigger sizes.
Weather resistant structure with blades inclined at an angle of 45^o to protect against rain water penetration.
Assembly provides around 45% effective pressure area.
Multiple sections will be assembled as per request.

Natural anodized aluminium finish.
Epoxy powder coated finish. Color as per clients’ choice.

Fresh air louver are mainly used in the fresh air intake system of a building. The fixed blades of a louver are arranged in such a way that is allows the flow of air meanwhile preventing the ingress of water at a nominal inlet velocity. The construction of a fresh air louver consists of a louver with washable Aluminium filter or synthetic filter fixed behind the louver. It is also supplied with an option of a damper fixed behind.
Airmaster manufatures a specialized product for fresh air intake assembly. It is a combination of Louver, sand trap louver, washable aluminium filter and volume control damper. It is a product specified by many consultants across the middle-east for fresh air intake.

Sand trap louvers are an integral part of any air handling unit, usually installed at the first point of air intake. As the name of the product states, sand trap louvers prevents the sand from entering the air intake unit or equipment rooms, thus avoiding a damage to the moving parts of the equipments. They are also used for ventilation purposes in parking areas, warehouses, generator rooms, fan rooms, etc in desert or sandy regions.
Sand trap louvers with filter are designed with a set of U channels arranged in series on one side and another set of inverted U channels arranged parallel to the first set. This arrangement creates a resistance or barrier for the sand particles in the intake air and thus settles down. The sand could be drained through the drain holes or collected in a tray.
Sand trap louvers are available with optional accessories such as bird screen, insect screen, aluminium mesh filter, volume control damper. The above model is available with 1” or 2” aluminium mesh filter, and synthetic filters are also available.

Sand trap louvers are an integral part of any air handling unit, usually installed at the first point of air intake. As the name of the product states, sand trap louver high efficiency prevents the sand from entering the air intake unit or equipment rooms, thus avoiding a damage to the moving parts of the equipment and clogging the filters often. They are also used for ventilation purposes in parking areas, warehouses, generator rooms, fan rooms, etc in desert or sandy regions.
This model of high efficiency sand trap louver was specifically design for higher velocities of air intakes. The frame of the louver is designed to enable flush type installations. The blades are fixed vertically with 25 mm or 40 mm gap as per site conditions.
Advantages:
The shape and design of the blades offer a better efficiency and lesser pressure drop than conventional sand trap louvers with U channel blades. Thus the overall size of the sand trap louver high efficiency is much smaller than the normal sand trap louver for the same air intake volume. Drum Louver

Drum louver is a special product that can handle huge volume of air with the features of changing the direction of throw and direction of air. Thedrum can be moved up wards and downwards whereas the blades can be adjusted individually. Drum louvers are usually used in high ceiling areas where a huge area has to be covered.
Motorized Drum Louver : Airmaster manufactures Motorized Drum Louver which makes it easy for the user to change the position of the drum vertically based on the cooling load.
Description:

Blades are fixed inside the drum body made with aluminium sheets and specially shaped profles and the opposed blade damper is attached to the drum body. The whole assembly is fixed to the frame by mechanical fasteners so as to enable rotation in the vertical direction.
The opposed blade damper in supply diffuser can be easily adjusted through the face of the unit by means of screw driver.
The louver is suitable for both long and short throw patterns with trajectory control.
The drum can be adjusted in the vertical direction 0 to 30 degree up or down to direct the air throw in the desired direction.
Foam gasket is sealed around the back of the frame to avoid air leakage.

Standard finishes:

Aluminium construction with white powder coated finish (RAL 9010).
Powder coated color finish as per other RAL color codes available as option.
