Floor grille – Stainless Steel

Airmaster manufactures SS floor grille constructed out of grade 304 SS. S.S floor grilles are typically used in Computer/server rooms, telecom centers, food industry, hospitals, oil and gas, gymnasiums, public areas and applications that involve under-floor air distribution systems.
The blades are 3mm thick with 12 mm spacing. 6 mm spacing is available as option for tamper proof applications.
The structure is designed to withstand medium to heavy loads. Face bars with zero degree deflection is assembled and supported by heavy duty SS rod. The assembled core is removable to enable inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
Flush type construction enables easy installation and gives even finish with the floor levels. Fixed core assembly is also available wherein the core is welded to the frame. The frame can be connected to the plenum or support frames using screws.
Standard floor grille Sizes available are 600 mm x 600 mm for tile replacement. Custom sizes available on request according to corresponding floor levels and plenum depths.
Airmaster also manufactures light and heavy duty floor grilles manufactured from aluminium.

Universal Grille/Duct Grille

Universal grille or Duct grille is used in round ducts. The are designed to match the duct diameter to avoid the use of transition or branch ducts. Duct grille are available with adjustable front horizontal blades to change the direction of airflow and a optional damper to adjust air volume. The frame of the duct grilles is sealed with foam gasket to avoid leakage for supply air applications. Duct grille are mainly used in area with open ceilings and exposed duct work.
Airmaster manufactures several types of HVAC grilles such double deflection and single deflection grilles/registers, linear grilles, door grilles, egg crate grilles, perforated grilles and security grilles.
Universal grille or Duct grille Description:

This universal grille is specifically designed for direct mounting on rigid round duct, with a curved face.
The frame and blades are of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
Grilles have two sets of parallel aerofoil blades with one set mounted horizontally on the front and other set vertically at the rear.
Frame is separated from the aerofoil deflection blades by nylon bushings. This method of assembly ensures quiet, smooth and rattles free operation.
Deflection blades can be adjusted manually and individually, to provide air deflection in both horizontal and vertical planes.
Grilles are rigidly fixed with opposed blade damper by grippers. Damper blade is screw operated from the face opening.
Foam gasket is sealed around the back of the frame as option to avoid air leakage.

Standard finishes:

Natural anodized aluminium finish.
Powder coated colour finish as per RAL colour codes.
Flexibility of finishing is available as option.

Features of Double security bar register :

Frame and face bars are of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
Horizontal face bars with 0°, 15° – 1 way throw and 15° – 2 way throw are fixed rigidly to the frame with steel rods welded to the main frame.
Optional vertical aluminium aerofoil blades are fixed at the rear side of the frame by nylon bushings.
In Double security bar register opposed blade damper is fixed to the main frame.
Wall sleeves are made of heavy gauge galvanized steel.
Security grilles are used in areas such as prisons, hospitals and production plants where security is of main concern.

Security grilles are specially designed for maximum security prisons in order to secure the ventilation openings and provide proper air transfer for the facilities.
Frame is constructed from 4.5 mm thick resistant steel and all sides welded with 4.5 mm thick perforated panel. The perforated panel has 8 mm diameter holes allowing for optimum ventilation without compromising comfort and safety of the occupants. Whole structure is hot dip galvanised with the advantages of corrosion resistance.
The design of Maximum Security Perforated Grille prevents the inmates from using the grille to commit suicide. Available with flanged edges and are supplied without fixing holes as standard.
Available in square and rectangular sizes.
Maximum security grilles are available in 3 layer type – with lattice face frame sandwiched between perforated panel and steel woven mesh.
Security Grilles are designed for applications such as high security zones of airports, presidential palaces, banks, hospitals and detention centers. Security grilles are also available in stainless steel.

Curved Linear Bar Grilles

Curved Linear bar grilles are aesthetically appealing products that are designed to be installed in curved walls. The blades and frames of the curved linear bar grilles are bent gradually using a continuous bending process to match the radius of the wall. Vertical blades are fixed to the rear, to change of airflow. Damper is available as an option. Curved linear bar grille are available in both convex and concave shapes as seen in the image.
While Curved linear bar grilles are for the wall, airmaster proposes curved linear slot diffusers for the ceiling.
Airmaster manufactures several types of HVAC grilles such double deflection and single deflection grilles/registers, linear grilles, door grilles, egg crate grilles, perforated grilles and security grilles.
