Description
Airmaster manufactured various types of HVAC grilles for different applications and installation systems. G.I grilles are specifically used in areas with high impact activities like sports centers, indoor play areas, warehouses or areas requiring low installations. Such applications require heavy duty HVAC grilles like GI or SS grilles.
Airmaster G.I grille are completely manufactured from high quality galvanized steel sheets. The blades are fixed at 45 degree angle. A screw operated damper is available as option to adjust air flow.
Airmaster manufactures several types of HVAC grilles such double deflection and single deflection grilles/registers, linear grilles, door grilles, egg crate grilles, perforated grilles and security grilles.
Recommended application: Car park Ventilation, Off-shore applications.
- The frame is made from a single Galvanized steel sheet to give seamless joints without any welding involved.
- The blade made out of galvanized sheets is welded to the frame. Welded areas are rust proofed by zinc paint coating.
- Blades are fixed to the frame at 45 degrees to the horizontal plane. 0 degree is optional.

Standard finishes:

Stainless Steel Grille:
S.S grille, manufactured from grade 316, can be used in offshore applications, chemical facilities, waste treatment plants and all the application of G.I grille
